BluWin today announced that Dr Ron Pedemonte, Vice President of BluWin, CSI and Texanlab, will retire at the end of 2026. BluWin also announced the appointment of Buddhi Weerasinghe as General Manager
(Head of BluWin), effective 1 November 2026, as part of a structured leadership
transition.
A respected industry leader, Dr Ron Pedemonte has guided BluWin through a period of significant growth since assuming leadership of the company in 2024, expanding its global customer base, strengthening financial performance, and broadening its service portfolio across verification, certification, consulting, and capacity-building services.

With nearly three decades of international experience across diverse business functions, Buddhi Weerasinghe joined BluWin in 2022 and has since played a key role in the company’s growth and development. In his most recent role, he has helped expand the company’s service offerings, accelerate commercial growth and support its expansion into new market sectors.
In his new appointment, Buddhi will lead BluWin’s strategic direction and business growth, while focusing on strengthening its service portfolio, key partnerships and market presence.
